UK Delivery

All orders within the UK (including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland) of £45 and over are eligible for free standard delivery.  UK orders below £45 are charged as follows:

3 - 5 day Standard delivery - £3.95

2 - 3 day Express Delivery - £5.95

Next day delivery via courier:

If you would like your order the next day, please place your order before 2pm and opt for Next Day delivery at a cost of £7.95

This is available for UK mainland only and excludes the following regions: Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Republic of Ireland.  Any Next Day delivery orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday will take an additional day to arrive.  Next Day delivery orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will arrive the following Monday.  Orders placed over the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday.  A signature will be required to confirm receipt of your order.

Saturday Delivery  

We also offer a Saturday delivery at a cost of £15.  Orders must be placed before 2pm on Friday for delivery on the Saturday of the same week.  This is available for UK mainland only and the same exclusions apply as those for our Next Day delivery option.

 

International Delivery

We offer free international delivery for all orders above £75.  For orders under £75 please email us for a quote as prices vary.  

 

Returns Policy

Items which are damaged, faulty, incorrect or simply unwanted can be returned within 30 days of receipt.  

If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable.  Please send all returns to:

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, please contact us first, either by email on hello@thomasandflo.co.uk or call us on +44 (0)7595 875 444 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm), and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue.  We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance).  If you do need to return the product in this instance, we will refund the postage charge.
